My understanding is that UPS issued a ban of the BA that the Local challenged legally. Any prevention of union business between the BA and management would be illegal as well.

Hmmm, in Local 804 there is a small group of malcontents who are challenging (or are they challenged, ha ha) our current E/B, which are reformers associated with TDU. They call themselves "804Strong". Or as they are called in my building 804SoLong...if they win!! Anyway maybe it is a coincidence that this Hoffa- backing little slate currently lead by Eddie V.(lol) is also using the same moniker as the 251 old guard group trying to take back their local. Could it be Hoffa's political machine is coordinating these angry malcontents around the country to challenge any reform local?? Amazing...they can't organize a decent contract mobilization BUT THEY SURE CAN ORGANIZE GROUPS IN EVERY LOCAL TO CHALLENGE THEIR OPPONENTS!! It seems the Hoffa machine only gets tough and "strong" when they attack or challenge OTHER TEAMSTERS!!
