After all the regional supplements have been passed.
Most don't see this as happening by Jan 1st, which is scary, because UPS says all active employees will be out of their plan by Jan 1st

We need to have a better contract with bigger raises for part timers and keep out current insurance!

In my opinion.... the differences are negligible.
I can say that, because I've read it.
Things like.... in the Central, we get double-time plus holiday pay.... for the day after Thanksgiving.
(And correct me if I am wrong) Your supplement provides for snow days.
Again.... it's my opinion.... that it's not like the "Holy Grail" of UPS contracts.
A lot of the company people on the negotiating committee.... are on the National committee.
Thats why, there is continuity with the rest of the regional agreements.
