Maintaining weight and bulking.

What foods are best to take with me while on route to maintain weight and bulk for powerlifting and strongman. (Sorry if this isnt the place for this but lifting is a sport in my opinion)

Understand the love of the sport but if you’re doing 200 stops a day every pound, muscle or fat, is a liability on your joints long term. The job itself is athletic and demands a special kind of lean endurance in my opinion.
