Maintaining weight and bulking.

    What foods are best to take with me while on route to maintain weight and bulk for powerlifting and strongman. (Sorry if this isnt the place for this but lifting is a sport in my opinion)
  2. Fish, shrimp,lean chicken, almonds, cottage cheese. I really like syntha 6 protien.
