Management problems in Seattle

I work in a center that has some serious management problems...
In the past 14 months
5 supervisors have QUIT
2 supervisors have transferred
1 promoted to center manager in another bldg, 6 months later QUIT
1 supervisor is about to QUIT
2 center mangers have QUIT
1 center manager lasted 1.5 months and went back to his pervious position
Division Manager..
1 transferred, then retired
1 heart attack in the building, then went back home
1 was demoted to Safety
Preload Manager heart attack
on road supervisor heart attack
PDS has become complacent, Trace has you driving in circles.

ZERO peak plans for the past two years.., All management can do is Damage control.

I bet Corporate doesn't see the problem.., Maybe because they are the problem.
Safety, we went the best to the worst in the same time
Accidents are the same as Safety.

Are you sending drivers out cold and not telling them the places NOT to park? Like at one union square, and the Columbia tower.

Seattle sucks.

It’s a great place to work. You can easily rack up 70+ hours of sick leave a year.
