If he is a teamster mechanic in progression he may have a massive retro check coming his way. If I was a teamster mechanic in progression I would be itching for that check.

But I am not in progression and I am in a IAM shop...

As I recall from 13. No ones check was what they were owed, it was an average and the average was 500 a person. The union who forced this contract will not force ups to pay each individual different amounts, count on another 500 check.

For some teamster mechanics in progression that could be a shortage of 5k-10k depending on OT worked and where in progression they were in august

Did the mechanic starting pay increase with the new Teamsters contract?
Also did the years in progression change?
When the remaining Supplements are handled the contract will go into effect.
