    can ups subpoena your medical records? Will they be successful in obtaining them ? Even if they didn’t conduct a drug test on you ?

    Why would they want your medical records? If they suspect drug use they would test you themselves

    Yes "work as directed" covers everything. I should have put it in my prenup!

    That is your lawyers best language. You worked as directed and got hurt. After you got hurt UPS discovered you were not certified in the job function. Made you take tests to make it appear you were certified. Don’t take the test after injury settlement money will be huge

    What if you went to the hospital, but it is not a workers comp case ?

    You need to be on Comp for the Company to view the records

    Generally speaking, they will probably get them. They probably wouldn't be subpoenaing your records if they didn't think they could get them.
    If your on comp, GET A LAWYER.
