Merry Christmas to all!
Regardless of the bad press and the missed packages, most of us Upsers gave 100%. Sacrificed time with loved ones and added more miles to our bodies. Most everyone should be proud at what we did accomplish. very few of those on the outside realize what we did and do on a daily basis.
Enjoy the day, don't feed into the bad PR. Congratulations to all for surviving another peak. This includes drivers, helpers, loaders, unloaders, sups, managers, car washers, mechanics and anyone else I missed.
