It's all in picking the right district court.

Also, does an insurance administrator have the right to terminate coverage when they themselves do not pay for it?
Yes, of course they do do they have the right to pay or not pay your claim if they so choose not? to you should probably read the fine print of the things you sign and agree to ahead of time instead of sounding so foolish about important issues. Any member who signed their cards agree to be bound by the constitution just like any elected union official.

The right to work for less were already in the union. Now they not are freeloaders.
If your in a rtw state the union should bill lawyer fee's for grievance hearings of nonpaying members.

Nobody in this country has ever been "forced into the union". Walmart, Mcdonald's, and plenty of other non-union companies are always hiring and anyone who doesn't want the benefits of collective bargaining is free to seek employment there.

Was signed into law today.
Doesn't go into effect until 90 days after the legislature breaks session (they are currently in session and aren't expect to wrap up until April). Which means end of June/beginning of July at the earliest....

This will help the GOP regain power in Michigan. RTW was very popular. This tells me these unions were not doing a good job convincing the rank and file of their value.
