I think, I don't feel, I thought I addressed that.

I don't prefer a union, however when a company proves they earned one I stand with the agrieved, rip them another ass.

I certainly do think workers have power in a capitalist society.
Land,Labor,Capital, the building blocks of capitalism.

When abused or treated unfairly I think it is the workers responsibility to themselves and their families to assert their power, if a binding contract is what it takes, so be it.

A company doesn't abuse any other part of their assets, don't abuse those that can organize.

The company dictates the employee response, don't put me in the position to shut you down.

They did at least some. No rights or privileges, no entitlements were granted as no governments existed.

By logical thought, rights granted to illegal entrants should not be equal or greater than citizens.
