One thing I've learned about human nature is - that would absolutely not be true.
But I hear the point - starting the preload a "little" tight is one thing. Starting the preload with no chance of finishing by driver start is another.
Our center manager gets a kick out of keeping drivers out late. Meanwhile, he is home on the couch by 3pm every day, leaving all the problems for someone else to deal with. Our air pull time was 715 and it's now 630. Any idiot would start earlier. But no, we start 30 mins later now.
I think you would be shocked with the petty, childish behavior that some centers deal with. We had a top notch center that led the district 10 years ago. Then the turd showed up.
