Exactly. It cracks me up that some people are getting so worked up over him. For starters he's just saying what he thinks he needs to to get the nomination (I expect his message to change and evolve depending on who he's facing)

Secondly it's not like he can just do all of this on his own. The presidency isn't a dictatorship.
