Nope.

Rather than put just 18-20 guys on road our center manager decided to put 30 guys on the street, all working Code 05.
What is code 5, and where is it in the contract? I'm pretty sure a few of those guys could of had Monday off but were denied, because of this code 5 thing. So instead of 20 at 8 it's 30 at 6, no lunch.....and probably no break as well?

You can still take a break with an 05. its just not common because 05 days are usually light

No, it's not. Running a whole bunch of pickups that you don't know, getting yelled at for picking them up too early...thanks, but no thanks.
That's why I commented about your center, it's bad for business. Sometimes working less guys makes sense on paper but in reality it's the customers who get the shaft.
