Where I am located in NC, it takes about 13 years pt seniority to go driving now. I've been driving FT now for about three yrs. SO basicly I've been employeed by UPS for over 15 yrs. The waiting list gets longer and longer each year, fortunately for me I started when I was 16. Most people now days are at least 18 - 21 yrs of age, If they wait there time to go driving they would be near retirement as is. Ha!! No but they would be already pushing late thirties or forties. So I feel we should have more for the PT years or some seniority towards FT. How do other people feel about there PT years and years...........
