It used to be ordering was only for stuff you couldn’t buy at the stores. Now idiots order ing hot Cheetos. Lesson learned for the OP, I hope.

Fingerhut used to be the worst customer for bad packaging and they quit using UPS when UPS stopped paying their claims.

Award for bad packaging these days goes to Walmart. Instead of using multiple boxes, they will try their best to stuff one box full of crap then say the 65lbs box weighs 25lbs.

There is a sticky at the top of this page explaining what customers can do regarding their UPS shipment. Go there, read it.

It should have never been shipped in a box like that. In Asia, they recycle garbage to make thin corrugated cardboard boxes. In other words, cardboard like that is junk. I would just dispute the transaction through PayPal or your credit card company.
