MAY BE DIFFERENT IN SOME STATES, but here, you keep your license & drive until you are found guilty in court.
***. I cannot believe I am even quoting him. Look at what he wrote. Can anyone from the northeast tell me if there is ANY state around you that allows you to be pulled over, suspected of driving intoxicated, written a ticket for DWI, and then allowed to get in BACK IN YOUR CAR AND THEN KEEP DRIVING?
You say a lot of inaccurate and idiotic things on here that you get made fun of for, but really? You are trying to sell this? You are allowed to "keep driving" until you are found guilty in court? There aren't tow companies that get business from picking up DWI vehicles in your state?
Cop: "You're under arrest for DWI."
Idiot: "I'm not drunk."
Cop: "You blew a .14 on my breathalyzer."
Idiot: "I guess I drank more than I thought....."
Cop: "Yeah, you did. Here is your ticket. Now drive home and make sure you show up in court."
