I used to go to concerts all the time as a teen in the late 70's. We would camp out when tickets went on sale to get a good seat for ten bucks. I seldom go to concerts anymore because of prices. Bad seats are $80 or so, no way I would pay $500. The most I ever paid was $150 to see the Rolling Stones a couple of years ago. I think that Fleetwood Mac is asking $500 and up for their farewell tour. The way I remember it, the Eagles broke the $100 mark first in the early 80's doing their first "Farewell Tour". They made so much money they decided they could stand each other long enough to do it a couple of times.
