Okay. A million a year is pocket change to UPS. IMHO UPS is trying to stay ahead of the curve. Doesn't always work out, but they keep trying to keep up with exponential technologies. To me this is a good thing for the company in the future, but there are problems that will challenge employees and major bugs to be worked out. Not just for UPS and their employees, but for every employee everywhere.
