Has anyone heard anything about them going back to the 10 hr rule? i heard its suppose to reinstate in september but have not actually seen it listed on the internet anywhere about it.

Heard about it but I forget where, when I heard about it AND when its supposed to go into effect. I probably saw it in a Yahoo news story. -Rocky

ATA is asking for a stay on rule changes. I heard that changes go in Sept 14 if not held up in court. Also the 34hr restart rule was thrown out.

14 hrs on duty time
11 hrs driving
10 consective hrs off duty
