Always get a lawyer, UPS has dozens working against you. You would be a fool not higher one. From the very first moment after you report, your asked about the injury, you are being analyzed and set up to make a mistake.

You aren't the prettiest, but you do a good job with your videos.

Had multiple members of management as well as fellow teamsters tell me that my repetitive stress injury wasn't covered by WC. Well guess who paid for my surgery, pt and lost wages? Liberty Mutual.

There was a dude that had 4 active WC claims against UPS. Said he had permanent restrictions that prevented him from doing the job. He agreed to a 6 figure settlement from LM and UPS. Then 12 days later he came back to UPS and said he had no restrictions. UPS told him he resigned when he accepted the settlement. He sued UPS for wrongful termination and lost. Then UPS countersued him for fraud.

I have the upmost empathy for those going through a real injury battle with UPS. On the other hand, I have almost 0 empathy for those who are working the system.
