This is very true, although these people fail to, realize that Being constantly injured is cumbersome, and really not a Money Maker in the end.Go to any building and you will see more than a few "professional patients".

Strangely enough, the professional patient clan always seems to be the same bunch that constantly complain about the job? This is very true, although these people fail to, realize that Being constantly injured is cumbersome, and really not a Money Maker in the end.
Unfortunately there's some politics behind that.Had multiple members of management as well as fellow teamsters tell me that my repetitive stress injury wasn't covered by WC. Well guess who paid for my surgery, pt and lost wages? Liberty Mutual.

I have the upmost empathy for those going through a real injury battle with UPS. On the other hand, I have almost 0 empathy for those who are working the system. There was a dude that had 4 active WC claims against UPS. Said he had permanent restrictions that prevented him from doing the job. He agreed to a 6 figure settlement from LM and UPS. Then 12 days later he came back to UPS and said he had no restrictions. UPS told him he resigned when he accepted the settlement. He sued UPS for wrongful termination and lost. Then UPS countersued him for fraud.
Just like the FMLA crewI have the upmost empathy for those going through a real injury battle with UPS. On the other hand, I have almost 0 empathy for those who are working the system.
Exactly. BitchesJust like the FMLA crew
You mean, going to an afternoon MLB baseball game shouldn’t count as FMLA?Just like the FMLA crew
