I love how they OJS the same group of 10- 25 year drivers who just do the job correctly …but the runnin rookie who has had 10 accidents doesn’t get one. SMH
I get DR audits for having 5 DFU's in a year, runners get five a week, and nothing.
That's really good info.
But like you said need to keep notes on your route so if I do ride with you you can throw back another place.
We did forget to mention a few things like Jack rabbiting. Company loves doing that to you on a OJs ride

When you have an OJs ride and you're supervisor walks behind you very closely trying to get you to pick up your pace it's called jackrabbiting

That's for safety rideAre supervisors required to drive the package car during an OJS?
I know a certain ride along requires them to drive for 30-60 minutes.
