I teeter back and forth on it. I get mad at them for what they do but I also realize that it's a learned reaction. The harassment and petty discipline makes these guys feel like they have to perform or be attacked. It's hard to teach these poor guys how to grow a backbone.

Like @542thruNthru said it’s a learned habit they take it with them when they go to Feeders as well.
It’s an infection in the brain. We are a bonus center and I constantly have people coming up to talk to me about their planed day and how they got ripped off on bonus. They know damn good and well I could give a less about their planed day and they’re going to continue to run and skip their lunch and not follow the methods anyway so I don’t know what they want me to tell them. They will continue being a puppet until they figure it out or eventually get terminated.

Should get rid of bonus in the next contract. If the company is paying any decent amount in bonus to you they are probably getting 2x the amount of work. Saw so much scamming by hourly and mgt in regards to bonus in pkg....it's a fricken joke.

My center voted out bonus. Of course the runners whined about it.

Been trying to get them to have a vote for years, and year after year the bonus shrinks and it is almost nonexistent now. Pretty much everything I told them about it has came true.

I know a dude that's what been working for UPS for nearly 30 years and just draws a line as a signature. Idk how he still has a job. Probably is a runner and doesn't file grievances.
