come august drivers will be asking bout their raises. "what happened to my raise?" won't have a glue about the extention. probably don't even know there was a vote on a new contract. pitiful.

UPS will probably lay you off just before your seniority date and then call you back. I've seen this tactic used many times before. Somebody in your center management team will do the math and figure out that for sure.

In my building most, I think would be fine with that. All I here is how bad Teamcare is going to be. Guess I could live with it, but I don't agree with giving any concessions this contract.Your benefits will remain unchanged until the contract and your local supplement are ratified.
The company does not want to pay us back pay. They have trouble thinking about paying 9.5 grievances. Do you think they want to pay a $226,000,000 worth of pay to us. Give or take, because that is what it will be in two to three months after August. They will sweeten the pot, and we are not talking about $1000 bonuses. If they come with that crap the members will be sitting on this for a long time.probably longer. I would guess maybe as long as 6-8 months.
