No more one time p/u

I am no expert but I have a few customers in the same boat...it may be the O/S version they use. Just not compatible with UPS software. It will not print .

What a joke........One would think that a customer service representative would be able to help these people to access the web and walk them through the site to print out there own labels.


I don't think the mail man would go to some ones house and bring shipping documents to ship out there mail!

This is very time consuming and costly to the company!

IE should handle these calls!

and Make sure you get off the clock!
