Bob Bobson is on a forced 30 minute staggered start time everyone else starts at 10:00. I was always under the impression that people need to be sent home in a seniority order after 3 and 1/2 hours. That is basically what my steward has been telling me also.
As for the property issue. This does not seem like a big deal. Bob Bobson does not want to stay that late. If Bob had a choice he would leave as soon as possible. But he is forced to stay. He tells Jim his hours everyday. Hoping Jim will do something about it and get it back to how things were before this no O/T for part timers.
