Sounds like it would be specifically after 40 hours. Any other kind of special overtime pay like black Friday pay would not count.We did go over this and it's believed that we'll still qualify. The bill does exempt specific contractual OT but we don't believe in our circumstance

Yep, I try to break even or pay just a little so I adjust my withholdings. Taxes get more and more complicated. I pay someone to do them now.Which probably wouldn't make too much of a difference. Any topped out driver that doesn't spend have the year on disability should get the maximum tax benefit. Unless they make too much money and the benefits are phased out.

Nope, it’s not in the contract but if you screw up enough, you’ll sit in front of a group of people who might decide your attendance is not very good and you don’t have a job anymore.
