Noob question

Hello, so I passed driving school last Thursday and one of my instructors took me to meet a supervisor. He said to call in the next morning to see if I should come in to work. I called and they said don’t come in and to call Monday. I called Monday and they said not to come in. My question is, should I keep calling every day or wait for them to call me to get started? Thanks!
