Some of the drivers are part of the problem. They will punch out at the same time, no matter how much work they have

At least my supervisor is smart enough to recognize that. He always tells me your numbers suck on a light day but you always bring it in.

I know what you mean. We have one guy that seems to work 8 hours everyday, no matter the stop count. A little fishy....

It's a flawed system. In the days before all of this technology, we didn't have as many problems.

That building was set up weird. We only had a handful of guys in town, but a huge amount of guys in rural butt friend* nowhere. It absolutely sucked covering pickups.

We have a guy that pretty much does not get off after 6. Ever. He's completely ruined 3 different routes. Other drivers have seen him flat out sprinting from truck to house and back.
