Pick up pieces and delivery piece count do not exist anymore

It's because they don't truly have a freaking clue how many pieces are going to be in your car until preload is wrapped. It's unbelievable how bad the forecast system is. Everything we're going to get has been scanned by someone before the PDS comes in. This shouldn't be a guessing game.

We should know down to almost the piece how many we will have. Instead I have a dispatcher guessing. And adding a 7% safety buffer to the stop count to be safe. That's unacceptable.
