Do you need an air compressor or tire gauge
Do you mean, who's gonna take care of your 43 year old still living at home?
I have a brother who wouldn't hesitate to put my mom in a home and other members who would gladly take the responsibility. just pointing out you have to worry more about your kids these days.

Part of why we're so behind on life (besides my ex killing me financially) is my hubby's maw maw, FIL couldn't wait to put her away, al be it in an expensive "assisted living" center, but they don't have good care, either. Spent about 6 hours a day with her every day for 8 years. She passed this April.

That's why I take my vitamins because I'm staying home when I'm old. I can't even imagine what shinola holes old folks homes are gonna be being cared for with the upcoming generation.

I don't think anybody "wants" to go to an old folks home. My Mom, Dad and Father-in-Law were for the most part here today and gone tomorrow so we didn't have to deal with them getting super old. Its a different story with my Mother-in-Law. She is fairly healthy at 90 but shouldn't be on her own. We just got her into a assisted living apt at a local old folks home. Time will tell how she is going to adapt to being there. After visiting the place a dozen times in the last couple of weeks helping her get moved I'm ready to move in myself. (they even have a happy hour everyday)--- BYOB but they provide the snacks.

I am going to be a foster parent whenever we get the house fixed. Have wanted to since I was a kid. Ive heard over 70% of foster kids end up homeless because they are usually behind in school, but on their 18th birthday, the state puts them on the street if they don't have a family.
I always wanted to because I love kids, but my daughter will be off to college in two years and I'll be done. I'm tired of raising children. Lol.
