Everyone looking out for themselves. Their defense will be, UPS knew Christmas would be on a Sunday. They should have prepared better. How can they prepare for the unknown except rent more trucks and get more bodies. No one can accurately predict volume anymore.
We broke records for the amount of stops and volume here. Totally amazed.

So funny, I heard so many of my co-workers saying they were just going to call out. Management claims they are doing the right thing and going to get us in and off the clock with "all hands on deck", but if five guys call out, that's more stops for the rest of us. First lesson I ever learned here, there is no "team" in Teamster.
Last year, I got sick two days before Christmas and was in the hospital. It still bugs me I wasn't able to cross the finish line. Those that would call off out of spite disgust me.

And in truth it is several days later. Our Web site isn't helping because it generates a delivery day at first when that label is created

Amazon estimated delivery dates really really suck. Getting worse all the time too. They will update and change periodically but have little basis in reality.
