I've gotten paid stupid money to run a stupid non value package pit to a customer
I can imagine the lengths the company has to go through to correct a mistake. I have an understanding of it just because I think about stuff like that but I wonder about the kids who don't. I wish the training week touched on more of the business side instead of only safety acronyms we forget until they start handing out hoodies

It's definitely a different company to work for, since I started. A part time job is now a garbage Job

logistics is interesting to me but the less we know the better apparently..... that and no training is enough training until its a problem

I was definitely surprised how low the pay was considering all the money that goes in and out, but I also look at it as a starting point and a career no matter which way you go, if you want it to be. Gotta start somewhere. I have respect for the people who choose to kill themselves for years it just couldn't be me, not at this age

When I started part time at UPS. You could manage to live, not anymore.

Thats why half the people in my class and the ones after me bounced cos it is crazy work for virtually pennies, long ass wait for insurance and pretty thankless

which is why us younger folks need to make some noise to the union because the now older drivers dont really have to give a rats ass about us besides putting their boxes in the right spots
