I can imagine the lengths the company has to go through to correct a mistake. I have an understanding of it just because I think about stuff like that but I wonder about the kids who don't. I wish the training week touched on more of the business side instead of only safety acronyms we forget until they start handing out hoodies

I was definitely surprised how low the pay was considering all the money that goes in and out, but I also look at it as a starting point and a career no matter which way you go, if you want it to be. Gotta start somewhere. I have respect for the people who choose to kill themselves for years it just couldn't be me, not at this age

Cost of living went up and the pay rate went lower. Crazy

I know. But Thats the beginning of operations you'd think theyd give people more incentive to stay
No. They want to beat you up and get you to quit before you get benefits and a step up in pay
which is why us younger folks need to make some noise to the union because the now older drivers dont really have to give a rats ass about us besides putting their boxes in the right spots
