Coworkers even ones w my seniority are afraid of mgmt we are all pt by the wY

Wanna go w mgmts flow I know I can't make waves alone since nobody w more seniority reAlly cares about us

Believe me, I know. I've told @IVE GOTTA PACKAGE 4U about what I've been going through lately...which is ultimately a direct result of my stepping forward and leading by example.

What's hard for me is I have more supervisors on my side than teamsters right now. My stewards have my back, too, of course.

I wouldn't want anyone to be targeted the same way I have been lately, so maybe they're right to be afraid. I would just continue to try and convince them and continue leading by example.

I'm trying to lead by example had an hour convo/argument about how I'm :censored2:ing :censored2: up for everyone in the union so they stop pushing us before we get hurt especially new guys we need to be safe and not rushed when we are ahead of schedule and us younger guys want respect. The sort would be :censored2:ed if 3-4 of us regular committed folk suddenly got sick for a day or worse
