I'm trying to lead by example had an hour convo/argument about how I'm ing up for everyone in the union so they stop pushing us before we get hurt especially new guys we need to be safe and not rushed when we are ahead of schedule and us younger guys want respect. The sort would be ed if 3-4 of us regular committed folk suddenly got sick for a day or worse

I'm trying to get the 4 of us to goto this place that popular for food poisoning on mon/tue and see what happens when we are all sick for a day. If we stand up for each other like I try to do for people I work with they can't stop us all

Being forced to wrap up isn't really a punishment unless you had explicit plans and get cut last after asking for first cut. Idk what to do I feel like I'm the only one w balls besides a select few coworkers when I'm with them

I'm always looking for more time. I get paid by the hour. And if they have a problem with me being slow at that point, that's too bad. It's a physical job, slowing down after working for a while is a function of being human.
