Not really, just your barbecue secrets. Going to do salmon for Joeboopup and tilapia for my wife and me.

I had a guy kick the $%^& out of me once in his office because I wouldn't let him try out a cleaner before he paid me for the COD.

Over the Fourth I did some shrimp skewers. Did some with Thai peanut sauce and Teriyaki sauce. My favorite was my own creation of lime juice and green saracha.

let me ask you something, Joe, I've just recently started pan frying salmon in an iron skillet. I get it here at kroger, and it has a skin side and a meat side. is it normal for the skin side to still have scales on it? They are a pain in the arse to scale a fish when you only have a 6" piece of it. I usually just end up filleting the skin off it.

This was one of those your job is your down payment used car lots. The guy wanted to used this liquid soap he ordered before he paid for it. I thought he was kidding. He went to grab it out of my hand but I was faster. I cut the packing list off and gave it to him. Said I'd be back tomorrow. He kicked me dead square in the ass. He had 3 or 4 employees in the office. They thought it was funny. I told him I'd be back alright, with the police to have you arrested.

Salmon is a new thing for me. Going to use a cedar plank for the first time. Going to top it with a homemade mango salsa. Going to do the same with the tilapia.

I've found tilapia to be kind of a bland tasting fish..it assumes whatever flavor you spice it up with.

tiliapa is good but not much fishy taste so you taste the spices instead
