It's always interesting to watch the stop counts throughout the day. And not in a negative way. You can see how guys are getting more and more tired. The first 2 hours of the day stops are flying off like crazy, then slow down before break, pick back up post break, and slow down again come an hour or two after break. Though some guys pick back up because of tight pickup traces. But even still between 10-11 you can expect around 21-22 SPORH from our in town guys and around 6 about 13-14. Little higher if it's summer and still light out
My SPORH sucks in the morning. I'm fighting the load and trying to blow out bulk. Between 1230-330 the stops fly off. After pickups, I'm on overtime so I work "safe."

I have a certain stride that I can do a descent job in...I go too fast and you pass up stops or you grab one package when you are supposed to grab two.
