Conservatives are concerned about kids being sexualized, period.

Your attempt to make this about "minority groups", comes off as a bizarre attempt to rationalize pornography for little kids. Or at the least, an attempt to deflect from having to discuss it.

Either way, kind of disgusting.
Conservatives are absolutely not concerned about kids being sexualized. That’s certainly what they’d have folks believe.

But sex sells to conservative kid’s as well as liberal’s. Always has. It wasn’t just the liberal kids hanging up posters of Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders. Wasn’t just the hippie’s kid watching pirated copies of Deep Throat and Behind the Green Door. John Holmes and Christy Canyon were names everyone knew. Max Hardcore was a disgusting pig but his videos sold. Girls Gone Wild even had sexual exploitation of kids in its name!

Go rewatch TCP episodes and take note of how many “conservatives” were “against the exploitation of children”. I swear, conservatives even start to believe their incredible piles of bull:censored2:!

Back to open carry In Alaska.
And yes as a conservative, Im against sexualizing children. As I was when I was a democrat. Wrong is wrong.
I would conceal carry til I left the building, and then open carry all day long. I think all drivers should take a course, know how to operate your gun properly and protect yourself. Because if you are out in the wilderness, and break down, or in the hood, there is no one going to help you but yourself. I carried a taser for a long time. No one ever saw it.

Cool rant homie.

So you're okay with eleven year old little kids watching hardcore pornography..

Thank you for being honest.

My guess is he, like most, was exposed to porn long, long ago.
I don’t understand your point? What does that have to do with young kids having access to most heinous sexual images you can think of? This isn’t your argument is it?

My wife’s every day carry is a Sig P365 in .380 AUTO. I got her a Kimber that’s the same size chambered in 9mm Luger, but she won’t use it. Whatever you are comfortable with I guess.
That's key. A comfortable gun you'll carry, verses one you may not carry!

I'm sure keeping his job will be his #1 priority in that moment.
Life > Job

I know this has nothing to do with anything right now but I have been fascinated with this Titan submersible that’s lost in the ocean. I can’t believe those dudes paid a quarter million dollars to die like that. Fun part is, they’re trapped down there with the CEO of the company that runs the sub. I wouldn’t be surprised if they all beat him to death.

9mm is usually better but nothing wrong with a .380 if you are more comfortable with one. I would say a .380 is probably the minimum caliber to consider.

A .380 is more of a concealed carry choice than open though.

It is definitely the smallest center fire cartridge I’d go with. I wouldn’t necessarily trust it with my life. I’ve seen videos of dudes taking multiple 9mm and .40S&W rounds center mass from police and keep moving.

The best caliber is the one you can hit your target with and feel comfortable with.

I've always felt the ammo wars were stupid.

If you shoot accurately with a 22lr every time, but you can't find the target with a 9 no matter what you do, then carry a 22. You'll still be better off than without a gun at all.

Exactly! I was talking to a guy that was trying to tell me 5.56x45 was an underpowered round that had no business on a battlefield. So I showed him this. (Warning, it’s extremely brutal close quarters combat)

He admitted he was wrong after watching that.

Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.

That’s probably the 5.45x39 Russian caliber. It’s better than the 5.56x45. Even so, both will do the job.

5.56 does a lot more damage than you would expect due to its tendency to tumble. Its biggest drawback is shorter range than more high powered alternatives.
