New York City has many locals and 804 has jurisdiction over all the UPS hubs. Non of the other locals in the city have UPS as an account. Grocery belongs to another grocery and the public employees to another local. There's also another local that represents "movers" etc.

In Southern California, Local 396 only represents the Los Angeles UPS Hubs and sanitation yards in LA, Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside counties.

For example Local 952 in Orange County represents UPS, grocery, freight, bus drivers etc., but has no jurisdiction to represent the 20+ sanitation yards in Orange County.
