If it's so complex and is dependent on so many constantly changing inputs that it produces so many crap results, of what use is it? I'm a patient guy, but the science said melting arctic ice and devastating floods and I was not given either.

Scientists are not writing the headlines of your news articles. You are either more confused than I thought or are just being obviously dishonest, my guess is the latter.

The opposition comes from lacking the technology necessary to take us off oil and be dependent on renewables. And insisting it can only happen a certain way. No nuclear. And somehow social justice is figured into the mix in order to completely rework the energy depended on. So yes, there's an agenda that drives those wanting to keep oil as the primary fuel of our economy. They don't want to destroy the economy proving how wrong you are. Now hit me with the funny faces.

That’s actually a good point. I need to go to work to pay my bills. I can’t afford a Tesla and public transportation is a joke. Unless they can incentivize a more eco-friendly way of doing every day things, myself and everyone like me will continue doing what we do. The onus is on the government to act and not just talk.

A lot of companies depend on oil. Do we have the technology and supporting grid to keep Ground running on electric? Everyone else? You can develop a grid and the vehicles over time(hopefully). We are nowhere near that now. Do we have to destroy the economy to prove that?

Say, what is a "great argument"? Climate change fanatics are destroying the planet in just different ways. Destroying eco- systems in search of toxic metals for batteries. Wind turbines filling landfills. Liberals flying globally in their gas guzzling private jets. Child and slave labor as their economic engine.....Teaming with the Chinese to rape the planet......

I asked you-have you ever considered your climate gods have another agenda hiding behind tear jerking headlines...? Like communism? That communism/socialism is the answer......"We must reduce freedoms and rights!" "Only certain groups will have private transportation(rich liberals and the Party).....the rest......public transportation....maybe.

But instead, they give pipe dream goals like 2030 for the end of carbon emissions and demonize anyone who understandably laughs at such an infeasible goal and people just tune it out and stop caring.

Unfortunately if it becomes the law there's going to be huge upheaval. I think the mandates passed by California are going to seriously hurt their businesses and drive more companies(tax base)away.
