He's been here since like the '60s. He's part of the original part-timers that made the same as drivers. He also has so much seniority that he can be a part-time exception air driver and still get 40 hours a week.

I wouldn't get your hopes up. He is definitely the exception to the rule.

Double shift. If the company is going to use PT sups like hourly package handlers, then they have to allow double shifters.
Not in my building sups were doubling as loaders wearing street clothes we notified our ba,a week later our doubles were taken away

Used to be the rule instead of the exception.
