I don't know the answer to that question but full deployment throughout the nationwide network is to be completed by the end of 2005' if I remember correctly. Not sure whether you are a supervisor or not but if not ask your supervisor to pull up the PE Homepage and I think there is a deployment schedule for PAS listed somewhere. It may only show 03' and/or 04' but it may give you an idea.

Dilli's center has just started and others have said they are about to get on it, so 6 years must not have been enough.
