Pay adjustment due to transfer

I am a part-time supervisor planning to transfer from Ontario, California to Phoenix, AZ. Will I make less if I transfer down to Phoenix? I know living cost will be cheaper, but will the company lower my pay for working the same position?

In the past, you would be red-lined until your pay settled into the band.
