You would think someone here at BC could confirm/deny this. All we'd need to know is if the OP is indeed a friend of this guy, and someone at that center knows about the donation page.

Because of my curious nature.... I called Harborview Medical Center.


Needless to say.... you can't verify if this person is admitted there.

Just a data point. Take it, for what it is worth.

Heard back from the op. He gave me the number to call his center to verify that these are UPS employees and that his co-workers are aware of this fund raiser.

Thanks Cheryl for all your help, the family appreciates everything. It is day to day but so far they have been able to save his leg through 6 surgeries, and they are going to do surgery again to remove black tissue from his foot soon. Only time will tell if there will be enough muscle left for him to ever be a package driver again.
