police brutality

No, the "blacks" are overwhelmingly convicted of it! The disparity between races in sentencing for identical crimes is part and parcel in all of this!

That's because the black suspects generally have longer prior records, treat the court with more contempt, and all sorts of things that justify longer sentences.

It will be fine

Racist cops arrest black people more than white people. Racist internet trolls use the higher arrests to justify the need for racist policy. So the circle goes.

The image I posted shortcircuits your silly little argument.

It's a victimization survey done by polls of victims, and has nothing to do with arrest rates, conviction rates, or anything else.

You all are so stupid and predictable that I addressed it before you even thought of it.

Simple analysis and I am sure it's out there: the public defender's office is used how often by African American defendants vs. Caucasian defendants?

Do you see the problem in your arguement?

The victimization survey is regarded as the best data available by criminologists far and wide, precisely because it sidesteps your silly concerns.

Nah, he just jumped straight to declaring them a terrorist organization.

Yes, he blamed them!

I think he hates them because they fight his favorite voters; Proud Boys!

Where do you think they find the victims? Do you think it’s a random sampling of the population or are the victims from the justice system?

I'll answer for you, because criminal-lovers are too lazy even to find a Wikipedia.

National Crime Victimization Survey - Wikipedia

"National Crime Victimization Survey (NCVS), administered by the US Census Bureau under the Department of Commerce, is a national survey of approximately 49,000[1] to 77,400[2] households twice a year in the United States, on the frequency of crime victimization, as well as characteristics and consequences of victimization."

These results have nothing whatsoever to do with courts, arrests, cops, prosecutors, jails, or anything else.

Suck it, stupid!

I personally would rather survey actual victims of crimes instead of sending 44,000 postcards to random addresses to see what their views on crimes are.

But that's just me, what do I know?

There is a great way to make this idiocy into something interesting.

On the same post card asking what their views are, ask what their favorite news channels are!
