That's not going to work - there's no need to containerize in a package car unless it's a SurePost bag (or helper bags during peak with specific stops).

I deliver to our local college student mailroom and my preloader uses totes to containerize their smalls. I will then reuse those totes to containerize my NDA smalls pickup pieces.

I hear you, but those are specialized areas on a couple of routes, not the whole center.
