Psaki makes Trump's clowns he put behind that lectern look as dumb as he was when he push them aside to do the press briefings himself. In one such briefing Trump claimed that injecting disinfectant would cure Covid-19.

Psaki spends some time having to slap back such nonsensical comments that are posed really not as questions but as rhetorical questions. It's questions to slander not investigate.
Just as you see in this article it's a lot of right-wing-nut-job infotainment "fill in the blanks" with the collection of previous propaganda spewings from the rights infotainment mediasphere.
To whit: The town hall article didn't say ONLY Democrats would be allowed to attend. But, thats how its been implied by the rabbid rights disinformation infotainment. They know the knuckle dragging MAGA Trump cult following zombies will fill in that blank for themselves.
The article never said that questions would be denied but no one not even in Trump kissy face interviews with Hannity or Carlson will allow him to be screamed at and asked asinine questions.
