It's one thing to get after them about taking advantage in trade, or not upholding their NATO responsibilities in some cases. But to launch cyber attacks against them? On what planet do you live? We have serious issues with Russia, China, North Korea, and others attacking us. We must be able to not only defend against cyber attacks but be able on short notice attack them as necessary.
