Are you serious? It was hastily done with no consultation with DHS, CBP, Justice dept, state dept. etc. They barred green card holders and only walked that back after being sued by the ACLU. They play into ISIS propaganda with such a sloppy rollout that is easily described as a Muslim ban. The scariest terrorist threat is a current American citizen being radicalized, this type of action could easily result in that. Crafting a ban on a religion is a bad idea.
