PT package center vs. operations supervisor

Are these two different positions are they the same but worded differently? If not how is the package center sup different from the latter?

If you run a sort you are considered an operations supervisor. So a local sort or preload supervisor is an operations supervisor.

Package centers, put simply, are mini hubs. Operations is operations. There will likely just be less folks moving less volume. The job should be similar from the information provided.
